I’m Holly Benson, and my work lives at the intersection of science and soul. As a clinical solution-focused hypnotherapist, I help individuals like you experience deep, lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind - the place where real transformation happens.
Whether you’re stuck in stress cycles, emotional overwhelm, insomnia, or burnout, hypnotherapy can gently and powerfully shift what’s been keeping you stuck.
Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a safe, proven method based on the most recent neuroscience that allows access to the root of thoughts, behaviours and emotional patterns.
Sessions with me are warm, collaborative, and deeply restorative. Each one includes a therapeutic conversation followed by guided hypnosis - a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind can absorb positive suggestions and support meaningful change. You'll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to a sense of possibility.

Yoga
Holly’s yoga classes are an invitation to rest and restore, to wiggle and to play, to be and to feel. She holds space for you to safely move in and out of physical postures, whilst guiding you into the subtle body through breath, meditation and mindfulness. After finding these tools at the age of 18, they have been instrumental in helping Holly navigate turbulent times in her life, and she has a deep sense of gratitude towards this ever-abundant practice. Her teachings reflect her own practice, which ranges from deeply nourishing yin, to energising flows (and everything in between).
Holly is available for private 1-1 classes both in person and virtually.
